Kundalini Reiki is one of the most powerful reiki healing methods and self-development. It can be used alone or combined with Usui Reiki. Kundalini is a latent force energy within each person, that resides at the base of the spine. The goal of Kundalini reiki is to raise the energy from the bottom of the spinal column to the crown chakra known as our Shatki. By opening and stimulating the major chakra energy centers, we can channel reiki healing energy work for ourselves and others simply by focusing our intention and connect to the Source energy. This reiki system is different from other forms of energy healing modalities.
Kundalini Reiki is an energy therapy that works with the body’s own remarkable healing capabilities. It promotes and accelerates the natural healing process and restores balance on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It helps relieve stress and pain. At the emotional and mental level, it is effective and useful in cultivating and transforming character traits and habits, heals emotional issues, unblock limiting beliefs and reconcile relationship issues, karmic bonds between people, places and situations. It brings upon peace and calmness.
At the spiritual level, it brings one to an inward journey of self-discovery and heighten one’s consciousness level, awakens one’s innate potential talents and gifts which brings upon personal transformation. Kundalini Reiki uses a synergy of Shakti (our core or innate potential/creative energy) that lies within all of us. The practice of Kundalini Reiki awakens and heightens our level of consciousness.
Kundalini Reiki is not a belief or philosophy and is practiced by people of every culture, religion and background. It is totally safe and natural. No prior knowledge about energy or qualification is required and can be practiced by anyone.
At the end of the course the student will receive a certificate for that level of training.

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Kundalini Reiki treatment.

Taught by Yolanda Cardona, LVL 4 Kundalini Reiki Grand Master & 300 HR Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Yolanda’s practices are based on the Shamanic practices of her Ancestral lineage of the Indigenous Taino tribe, a tribe from Puerto Rico. Yolanda is also a music composer, certified Sound Healing Therapist with over 30 years of experience in Music Theory.
