Yogi Bhajan’s Rebirthing series are some of the most talked about classes he offered in his 35 years of teaching. By healing wounds of the past, we start to create a new life, a new way of being, and we start to live in alignment with who we truly are.These classes have the profound transformational power of healing the pain of the past and helping to overcome the obstacles that keep us from living our best lives, awakened, vibrant, potent, and present to our purpose.
This four-week series is an opportunity to drop some baggage and become clearer in mind and purpose through movement, breath, mantra, mudra and sound vibration with the gong.

Our subconscious stores everything, including the minutest details of our unresolved inner conflicts. These imprints based on a veiled reality ultimately result our own painful habits supported by a false identity.
Kundalini Yoga works deeply on recalibrating the nervous system and releasing these imprints we hold in our bodies, the memories from experiences we've had in this life as well as the ancestral debris we've inherited.
The Rebirthing Kriyas, first taught in 1988 are a yogic series specifically designed to operate in an indirect, diagonal way on your mind-body system, to make pathways for new ways of being, new imaginings in line with your greatest potential. These sequences are structured to burn up karmic patterns and reinvigorate a greater sensory capacity - for your life force energy to flow more freely. It's an invitation to sit closer to your own fire and know your purpose, obey your own inner guidance and excel at being the master of your own ship.
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience or completion of the first three series is necessary to learn, grow, and have an experience.
