Suitable for ALL LEVELS and ALL AGES (16yrs+)
Suitable for BEGINNERS and EXPERIENCED yogis

- you are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
- if you have sensitivity to loud noises/vibrations.
- if you have bi-polar or a pace-maker.

INFO ON THE 6 SESSIONS:
The collection of 6 mini-workshop are all about balancing inspiration with manifestation, the yang with the yin, Shiva with Shakti, Ether and the Earth- drawing on forces above and below, inside and out, so that they harmoniously integrate and blend in your heart centre - creating a high frequency vibration in your soul, referred to as "Tantra".

20th Sept: “Radiance” workshop
27th Sept: “Compassion workshop
4th Oct: “Creativity” workshop
11th Oct: "New Moon Libra" Sound Bath
18th Oct: “Grace” workshop
The 4 x kundalini workshop include recordings that will be sent to you after the "LIVE" session, and will be available for 30 days only. So if you miss a class, you will still have the session to do in your own time, if you wish.
