Kundalini Life Force Activation (activate self LOVE)

Kundalini Life Force Activation is a gentle, yet powerful energy transmission that wakes up life force energy that is already within you. Using sound, light language, and energy healing, I will assist in activating this energy within you. These activations are not just blasting you with energy, making you feel amazing... it's also removing and transmuting the density and layers of everything you are NOT. The energy is not seperate from you, its YOU in purest form.

Arrive to the activation on an empty stomach. Please no food/alcohol/caffeine 2-3 hours prior. If you have to eat please eat light. Please hydrate, but be sure to empty your bladder prior to the session. For the activation, all you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, and surrender to the energy. Feel free to bring an eye mask and any comfort items you would like.

We will settle in, begin, and have time for you to integrate/ share your experience if you would like to. Plan some time after to take it easy and integrate. People respond differently after, some like to relax, others like to move. Whatever it is, listen to what your body is asking of you :)

The frequency of KA can cause you to experience... -Spontaneous or inspired body movements, tingles, shaking, twitching, mudras, pleasurable sensation, feeling heat/cold, etc. -Emotional/trauma somatic release such as crying, yawning, screaming, coughing, etc. -Receiving messages, visions, downloads, seeing colors, etc. -Deep insight and connection to nonduality, oneness, yourself, spiritual team, etc. -Awakening of dormant gifts, enhanced intuition or perception. OR you may have a very introspective, meditative, internal, deep experience with no movements. You may feel nothing. Regardless of the sensations, the energy is working where and how it needs to and will continue to work with you beyond the activation.

**Kundalini Activation is not the same thing as a Kundalini Awakening. Although a kundalini awakening can happen during an activation, it is not guaranteed nor is it the point. Kundalini Activations support in bringing balance to your energetic system and support you in awakening if/when the time is right. If you have experienced a traumatic kundalini awakening, an activation will support and bring balance.
