Meet the host:
Jesu
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, licensed in Texas and New York, as well as a Family Constellator and Holistic Wellness Practitioner with over 13 years of experience.
My professional journey brings together therapeutic bodywork, holistic practices, energy work, ancestral wisdom, and an academic background in psychology and business.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, with professional experience in both corporate and public-sector environments, where I worked in employee wellness and workplace wellbeing. I am also currently completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Over the years, I have trained and worked with different modalities, including massage therapy, Reiki, Family Constellations, Akashic Records, Energy Activation, yoga, tantric and bioenergetic practices, healing circles, and ancestral ceremonies.
I see wellness as an experience that encompasses the whole person: body, mind, emotions, energy, and our connection to ourselves and others.
My intention is to create intentional and welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world, and experience new ways of relating to their body, energy, and personal journey.
Every experience is unique, and my role is to accompany each person with presence, awareness, compassion, and respect for their own process.
