🌿 What is Kundalini Awakening?
Kundalini Awakening is an experiential journey of connecting more deeply with your body, breath, energy and inner awareness.
During this session, you will be guided through an immersive experience incorporating breath, meditation, energetic activation, music and deep inner awareness.
Everyone's experience is unique.
You may experience physical sensations, emotions, spontaneous movement, stillness, warmth, tingling, expanded awareness, or simply a deep sense of relaxation and presence.
There is nothing you need to force or achieve.
Allow your body to lead. Allow your energy to move. Simply observe and receive.
