Come explore the timeless practice of Kundalini Yoga. In this workshop we will explore Pranayama (Breath Techniques), Mantra, Mudra, Posture (Asana), Movement, Meditation, Kriya’s, and Sound as vehicles to merge with the Divine and uncover and embrace our True Self. After the Kundalini Yoga set there will be a sound bath offered to rest and embrace
the energy that was awoken from the practices.
