Kundalini is often described as a coiled serpent of energy resting at the base of the spine an untapped source of vital life force within each of us.Through a specialised energy transmission, Kundalini Activation gently awakens this dormant energy, leading to expanded states of awareness, emotional release, and a renewed sense of vitality and purpose.
I will guide spiritually curious souls back to their inner truth through the transformative energy of Kundalini. If you're feeling disconnected, stuck, or ready for a deeper shift, this is your invitation to align with your highest self. Using powerful energetic practices, we awaken what's been dormant your intuition, your vitality, and your soul's voice.
During the session. you’ll be guided to lie down comfortably as I channel the energies of Kundalini Activation. A carefully curated music playlist will enhance the experience, helping you relax deeply and open yourself fully to the transmission.
I shall start with guided breaths, moving into a guided meditation, a short Reiki to guide you deeper and then moving into the Activation.
There may be occasional gentle contact at specific points on your body to assist in releasing energetic blockages and to support a deeper connection with your authentic self.
There are no breathing techniques, just a deep, receptive state that allows the energy to flow naturally.
Kundalini energy is powerful and transformative, but it's not for everyone.
You should consult a healthcare professional before participating if you:
