What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is a direct transmission of life-force energy. The process of transmission is very powerful yet safe for body systems. The intelligent energy that is being amplified and transmitted during the process works naturally with physical and energetic bodies and brings conscious expansion and physical healing to the participant.
This energy transmission, not a self-generated process, meaning you only need to lay back, relax, and receive in order to benefit from the practice.

The session
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator will point or touch different chakras or meridian points on your body.
During the session we’ll have:
- Welcome and brief intro
- 60 min transmission
- Closing share
Preparation:
No prior experience is required. Please stay away from alcohol and drugs 24 hours before the parctice. Eat lighly before the session and wear comfortable cloths for the class.
