No experience or prior knowledge is needed — this session is very beginner-friendly.
Kundalini Activation is a gentle, receptive energetic process that can support:
• Releasing emotional and energetic blocks
• Calming the nervous system
• Reconnecting with your body and its natural flow
• Gaining clarity and feeling more grounded
You simply lie down, relax, and receive. There’s nothing to force or “do right.”
Each body responds differently — you may experience sensations, emotions, movement, deep stillness, or moments of clarity. All experiences are valid.
This session can be especially supportive if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready to step into a more aligned version of yourself.
