This certified 4-day Foundation Hypnotherapy Training in Bath will give you the skills to begin practicing as a hypnotherapist, helping people overcome challenges and create lasting change.

• The subconscious mind and how to influence it positively
• Anchoring techniques
• Suggestion methods: direct, indirect, metaphors, embedded commands
• Conducting effective client interviews & building rapport
• Writing personalised hypnotherapy scripts tailored to different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic)
• Ideo-motor responses
• Setting up and marketing your hypnotherapy practice
• Creating self-hypnosis recordings
• Plus ongoing support and supervision
👥 Training is kept to a maximum of 6 students, ensuring plenty of practice, guidance, and individual feedback.
This course is also the prerequisite to the Past Life Regression Academy’s Regression Therapy Training starting in January 2026.
