This group session is designed to help activate and awaken your Kundalini also known as your life force, the dormant spiritual energy within you.Most people who have joined a session have experienced a deep sense of connection and inner awakening. Whether you are new to Kundalini or have previous experience, this session is open to all levels.

What to bring?

Yoga mat, small blanket or sweater, clean socks to wear or you can be barefoot, water bottle to hydrate after.

Timely Arrival:

Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors close 10 minutes after the session begins.

Clothing:

Wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement and rest. Avoid wearing strong perfumes and metal jewelry.

Dietary suggestion for best experience:

Avoid alcohol or drugs for 24 hrs, caffeine for 6 hours prior or more if possible, and heavy foods for 3 hrs before the event.

After the event:

Allow time for quiet integration. Avoid overstimulating environments or digital distractions.
