✨ What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini is often described as the serpent energy resting at the base of the spine. When awakened, it flows upward through the chakras, dissolving blockages, raising your vibration, and opening the door to profound spiritual growth and a deeper connection to Source.
This session is an invitation to awaken your inner energy and step into your highest potential.
🌿 What to Expect
Guided by Hayley, you’ll move through gentle yoga, prana practices, and sacred mantras. Supported by divine music, you’ll be encouraged to surrender fully, allowing the serpent energy to rise and elevate your consciousness.
Reiki is also given intermittently, together with a mix of sound instruments to enhance the full experience
