What can KA do for me?
The gentle rising of the kundalini (female energy also known as Shakti ) occurs from the base of the spine and through the body and is a truly transformative method of moving energetic blockages , helping you to forward with your spiritual progress, recieve clarity, emotional release and commune with your divine nature. This energy work can assist in trauma release 🐍
Kundalini activation can move your consciousness into non-dual reality where you arrive at a state of bliss , peace and feel at one with all, in the Universe.
The transmission during a kundalini activation ceremony, is different from any classic Kundalini practice (such as kundalini yoga etc).
Energy enters the top of the crown, working its way down the spine and toward the root chakra activating the dormant kundalini at the root chakra ( the shakti) allowing it to flow both ways .
This movement of shakti, creates a gradual but powerful awakening process than most people have never experienced ✨
Many receive a direct experience of their true self beyond anything they have imagined✨
What do I do during the session?
You will be lying down flat on a yoga mat , carefully selected music will be played and I will touch or point at different chakra points on your body, play sound with instruments and assist the shakti energy movement throughout your body by hand movements , mantra and intuitive intention .
Keep your eyes closed, relax your muscles and be open to whatever arises.
Drop down into your body and away from the analytical mind chatter ✨
Please note
I am not drawn to activate those suffering heart, serious disease or chronic mental health conditions( psychosis , bi polar , schizophrenia etc)
What do I wear and bring to a session?
•Wear loose comfortable and warm neutral/light coloured clothing ( colours are not imperative but keep it simple, a few layers are ideal in case you feel warm/cold) warm socks in case your feet feel colder.
•Bottle of water.
•Please do not wear any fragrances ( deodorant is ok) 🙏

There is a large number of spaces right around the building in one of the car parking areas or roadside .
