At 11:11am we will perform our kundalini activation 🐍 by practicing this sacred ancient yogic technology of Kriya yoga we will be holding postures, practicing breath work and chanting to raise our vibration and uplift our collective consciousness ✨

We will integrate our practice through sound healing, meaningful connection with attendees, a fire ritual and creation of divine flower crowns 👑
