A gentle invitation to let go of old patterns, old layers, old stories and anything that no longer belongs to the person you are becoming.

We will begin with a sacred Bribri cacao ceremony, connecting with the warmth, grounding and heart-opening qualities of cacao.

From this space, we will move into an extra-long Kundalini Activation energy transmission.

You don’t need to know how to do anything.

There is nothing to perform.

Nothing to force.

Nothing you need to become.

Simply lie down, breathe, soften and allow yourself to receive.

Your body may move.

Your emotions may arise.

You may experience stillness, energy, release or simply deep rest.

Every experience is unique.

We will gently close our journey with a sound meditation, giving your body and nervous system time to settle, integrate and become still.
