A form of energy transmission and bodywork that:

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍:
All you need to do is to lie on a yoga mat whilst music is played for an hour and the facilitator will work in your energy field, sometimes touching parts of the body to facilitate the flow of energy.
