What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini activation is the awakening of a dormant spiritual energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, rising through the body's energy centers, awakening your natural life force.


Your body, mind, and nervous system respond in their own way, allowing awareness, healing, and transformation to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.


This process is guided by your own inner intelligence. One session can be impactful, but meaningful change comes through consistency, integration, and commitment to yourself.


Not every session will feel intense or dramatic. Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen quietly, through reflection, rest, and subtle change. If this work resonates with you, you’ll feel it — and if not, trust that the right path will find you.


Each experience is unique to you. As the energy moves, you may feel emotional release, spontaneous movement, deep insight, bliss, laughter, or a powerful sense of peace. Many leave feeling lighter and clearer.

What do I have to do during the session?
Prior to the session there will be a breathwork and meditation exercise to create an open and grounded space.


During the session, you only have to surrender, allowing the process to unfold.
You will lie comfortably on a provided yoga mat with your eyes closed, listening to music that enhances the experience.
Facilitators may gently touch chakra points on your body to channel this energy.


Additional information

Before your session, we recommend avoiding alcohol or other substances for up to 24 hours before and after. It's also best to avoid eating or eat lightly within 2 hours of the session. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle if you'd like. We will provide a yoga mat, eye mask and blanket for your comfort.


By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate.


Class details

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated for to allow a smooth experience for all.

Location: Self-Retreat Studio, 3 Water Lane, Camden, London, NW1 8NZ.


Access: Nearest tube station: Camden Town. Closest street parking: Castlehaven Road, Camden Street, Bonny Street, or Hawley Crescent.

By joining this session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


You understand that Kundalini Activation and Light Language Codes involve a transmission of energy that is channelled through the participant during the session. This is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.


You are fully responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the session. It is essential to listen to your body and practice self-care. If you are experiencing or have a history of mental health conditions, or cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous system, or musculoskeletal disorders, or any other condition that may pose a risk, it is your responsibility to inform the facilitators in advance.


You have been informed that after the session, it is recommended to avoid alcohol, drugs, smoking, and to follow a light diet. You may experience temporary effects such as headaches, changes in appetite, insomnia, heightened energy during sleep, or fatigue. If you have pre-existing physical discomfort, symptoms may temporarily intensify or shift as part of the energetic healing.


Photography and videography by participants during the session is prohibited and we encourage mobile phones to be left in bags.
