KU Green Student Society presents... Honeyland 🐝Join us on February the 11th for the first Green Screen of the year!
Entrance is free and plant based food included! 🍜
The event begins at 18:00 and includes an introductory talk from a relevant researcher -> more info follows! 📚
The specific location is Købmagergade 52, Studenterhuset, in the room Main Hall.
If you want to be sure to have free food, select "Attending" on this event the day before the screening at the latest. Otherwise we can't guarantee it.

Honeyland (2019) directed by Tamar Kotevska and Ljubomir Stefanov is a documentary about Hatidze who lives in rural Macedonia. Hatidze is one of Europe’s last wild beekeepers and tries to live in harmony with nature. But her quiet everyday life gets abrupted when new neighbours move into the village and try to change her way of beekeeping.
The documentary portrays the importance of wisdom and communication with nature. Honeyland was nominated for two Oscar’s for best foreign film and best documentary film.
