Kroctoberfest is The Salvation Army Kroc Center's wholesome Halloween alternative. This is a FREE family-friendly trunk-or-treat event in Suisun City, and all are welcome.
5pm–6pm will be early access for special needs families.
6pm–8pm will be general public access.
