Ahoy, pups and people! The 24th Annual Krewe of Barkus Mardi Gras Dog Parade returns to Historic Downtown McKinney with a tail-wagging, seafaring celebration. Deck out your dog in their best nautical or pirate-inspired costume as Barkus sails the Seven Seas. Check-in begins at 12:30 p.m., with the parade stepping off at 2 p.m., led by the Unfaded Brass Band. After the parade, stick around as we announce the winners of our costumed contests and keep the Mardi Gras fun going.
