SATURDAY, MAY 11 /13H00 - 15H00 / WORKSHOP 1 (2H)
“SUSTAINABLE BALANCE“
The programme of this class aims to catch and feel your stability, to try to immerse yourself in your body and explore it not at the level of movement amplitude, but at its depth. This will be made more difficult by the set coordination on mobility and balance in movement. There will also be mesmerizing dance elements with the preservation of posture.
SATURDAY, MAY 11 /15H30- 17H30/ WORKSHOP 2 (2H)
“MAGNETIC SLIDES”
At this workshop we’ll be working on different sorts of smooth elements.
For example: waves, eights (including «taksim», «maya»), round in shoulders, chest, hips. Possibilities to combine them in beautiful and mesmerizing flows / slides will then be explored. Suitable for all dance levels.
SUNDAY, MAY 12 /13H00 - 15H00 / WORKSHOP 3 (2H)
“LEGS AND FEET IN TRIBAL FUSION”
Legs – is a storehouse of new dance solutions and in this lesson you will see it yourself! We will study the tunings adapted for tribal fusion, unusual for the body coordination, work with weight transfer, how this can help your dance, revealing new dance opportunities!
SUNDAY, MAY 12 / 15H30 - 18H00 / WORKSHOP 4 (2H30)
“AUTHOR’S CHOREOGRAPHY”
Each class is a new choreography, contrasting in imagery and presentation, as well as in terms of the level of dance vocabulary. Choreography will remain the most valuable educational material, which in the future the students will work on their own, developing vocabulary and improving technique.
The level of choreography is discussed in advance.
