An introduction to the Backyard Ultra concept for women. Run a slightly shortened 6km lap on the hour every hour until you can't run anymore. The final runner must complete one more lap than anyone else to be crowned the Last Chick Standing and receive an awesome trophy. Her assist will also receive a trophy.If you complete the lap in 50 minutes you will have 10 minutes to rest, feed and water yourself before you must start again etc.
Every runner receives a Totara Sapling, a medal and a certificate and is eligible for fantastic spot prizes from our amazing sponsors.
