Krav Maga (KRAHV mə-GAH; Hebrew: קְרַב מַגָּע) is an Israeli self-defence system. Developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), it uses techniques derived from aikido, boxing, judo, karate and wrestling. It is known for its focus on real-world situations.Join us at the J for an introductory class with a certified Krav Maga instructor from Krav Maga Hampton Roads.
MUST BE age 13+ to participate. No experience necessary.
