This fall harvest season, learn how to transform the versatile cabbage into a fermented treat that will store all winter! We'll learn about a variety of fermentation basics and walk through the kraut-making process step-by-step. Each attendee will have the opportunity to get hands-on to chop and pack their very own pint of kraut to take home.
