Nicola launched her business, Riverside Marketing Solutions, at the beginning of the Covid pandemic in April 2020. For over 25 years she has worked in sales, marketing, administration and business development roles in industries such as engineering, automotive, training and quality assurance.

Nearly five years later, she is now based at The North East BIC and has worked with businesses across the North East helping to support their marketing and business development.

Your host is a Digital Consultant, supporting small businesses and charities, across the UK. Over 20 years experience in Web Technologies, certified with Google and Meta, providing a range of free and affordable resources, so you can get kraken' and boost your business online.
