Kraken Gaming Ltd is proud to host the second Pokémon League Cup of the season. This quarter’s session will be held Saturday 22nd November!Pokémon TCG League Cups are a day-long event held quarterly, and are the next level up in local competitions from the monthly Challenge tournaments. In these events players earn a greater number of Championship Points for participating and achieving prize placement standings to help earn an invitation to the Pokémon World Championships!
In order to participate, players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account with accompanying Player ID number, and be in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Players must have opted in to the Play! Pokémon program in order to earn points and prizes.
Tournament to be played in Standard format with a 60 card deck of GHI rotation cards. Your deck list must be provided on the day to the event organiser. League Cup to be in Swiss, best-of-three format, 50 minutes per round, then moves onto single-elimination for top 8. All age divisions (Junior, Senior, Master) welcome.
All players receive 2 x booster packs included in the entry fee.
🐙Overall 1st place receives “Champion” playmat, 2 x extra booster pack, and 4 x prize packs.
🐙2nd-4th place receive 3 x prize packs. 2nd and 3rd place also receives 1 x extra booster pack.
🐙5th-10th receive 2 x prize packs.
🐙10th-16th receive 1 x prize pack.
The winner of each category (Junior, Senior, Master) will receive a “Champion” playmat if applicable. If no other categories are present, Masters 2nd place will also receive a “Champion” playmat.
Please contact us to reserve your place in advance. £14 entry fee can be paid in-person at the shop, or via our website. Payment in advance will be required to secure your place for this event as spaces will be in high demand.
