KOZWORK LIVE is a social productivity experience designed for remote workers, entrepreneurs, small business owners, creatives, freelancers, nonprofit leaders, and anyone who needs to get out of the house, get focused, and actually get things done.
Think adult study hall meets coworking day meets casual networking.
Bring your laptop, your charger, your to-do list, and whatever project has been sitting there waiting for your attention. We’ll provide the structure, space, connection, lunch, and a reason to finally work around other motivated people.

⏱️ The KOZWORK Format:
KOZWORK uses a simple focus-and-reset rhythm to help you stay productive without feeling trapped in your seat all day.
We’ll move through guided work blocks with time built in to stretch, reset, grab coffee, talk with others, or refocus before the next round.
You do not have to participate in every activity. The agenda is there to help you stay on track, but you are welcome to use the day in the way that works best for you.
Maybe you want the full guided experience.
Maybe you just need to get out of the house, open your laptop, and work around other humans.
Both are welcome.
🎤 KOZ Kickstart:
The day begins with three attendees looking for feedback or advice about their business get 15 minutes each to pitch an idea, practice a pitch, or share a challenge they are having with their business. This peer-to-peer session promotes listening, reserouce sharing, learning, and connection. Feedback is generally designed to give you ideas, tools, and motivation in a supportive and collaborative environment.

🍽️ Food + Happy Hour:
Lunch is included with your ticket.
Your first beer is also included.
After the workday wraps up, you are welcome to stick around for a casual happy hour. No pressure. Just a relaxed way to connect, decompress, and celebrate actually getting things done.

Your ticket includes admission to KOZWORK LIVE, lunch, your first beer, guided productivity time, networking opportunities, and access to the optional happy hour after the event.
Space is limited so the experience stays productive, comfortable, and easy to connect.
❗ Important Notes:
- Bring your laptop fully charged
- Bring your charger
- Comfortable work-friendly clothing recommended
- Wi-Fi is available, however, depending on the attendance, you may want to bring a hotspot if your work requires a guaranteed connection
- You can participate as much or as little as you would like
- This is a productivity and connection event, not a traditional office rental or formal business conference
- Happy hour participation is optional
- Alcohol is only available to guests 21+
