Korean Dumpling Making with Sarah Dumps

Join us at The Coastal Cupboard for a delicious evening of hands-on cooking as Sarah of Sarah Dumps shares the art of making traditional Korean mandu (dumplings).

Together, we’ll prepare mandu using the signature crimping technique Sarah still uses today. Guests will learn how to fill and fold dumplings step-by-step, gaining confidence in techniques that can easily be recreated at home.

Once wrapped, Nate will handle the steaming and pan-frying of the mandu while guests are welcome to observe, ask questions, and learn more about proper cooking methods.

In addition to dumpling making, Sarah and Nate will prepare a variety of Korean dishes and sides for everyone to enjoy. This class concludes with a shared, full Korean meal — so come hungry!
