KONL 2024 Fall Conference

You are invited to join the Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders (KONL) at the Annual Fall Conference, October 24-25, 2024!

This conference, aimed at helping nursing leaders adapt to the changing landscape of healthcare, kicks off on Thursday, October 24th. Attend educational sessions highlighting the importance of academic partnerships, innovative models of care delivery, and navigating generational challenges in the workforce. Additionally, the KONL Business Meeting is open to all attendees and is a great opportunity to learn more about the organization and its future.

On Friday, learn from leaders across the state about their virtual nursing journey and end the day with a special focus on recognition. Friday also features an awards luncheon to honor the poster abstract winners and the presentation of the Inaugural “DAISY Nurse Leader of the Year” award.

The Annual Fall Conference offers the opportunity to attend in person or to participate virtually for those who may not be able to break away. Mark your calendars because KONL wants you to be a part of our big event!
