Oplev Hasfeldt i en stemningsfuld koncert i Nedre Galleri, hvor Nikolaj Kunsthals historiske orgel og rummets højloftede, sakrale arkitektur træder frem som medspillere i en omsluttende lydoplevelse.
Den danske kunstner Martin Jon Hasfeldt bevæger sig i grænselandet mellem billedkunst, performance og musik. Under aliaset Hasfeldt skaber han atmosfæriske kompositioner forankret i ambient, breakbeats og kluborienterede rytmer – et lydunivers der balancerer mellem det nostalgiske og det hjemsøgende. I forbindelse med koncerten inkorporerer Hasfeldt Nikolaj Kunsthals Markussen & Søn-orgel fra 1931.
Efter debutalbummet “If You Ever Need Me” er Hasfeldt nu aktuel med “Play Me Like One of the Others” på det københavnske label REAL LIVE. Udgivelsen tager afsæt i en orgelindspilning fra en nordjysk kirke og er formet som et kollaborativt værk med bidrag fra blandt andre Fatshaudi, Croatian Amor, Francesca Burattelli, Anton Falck (First Hate) og Burning Pyre. Musikken bevæger sig i et mere melodisk, triphop-inspireret landskab uden at give slip på Hasfeldts karakteristiske emotionelle dybde og spøgelsesagtige klang.

Koncertbilletten giver fra 18:30 adgang til Nedre Galleri, der med sine 12 meter til loftet danner ramme om en udstilling af den amerikanske fluxus-kunstner Alison Knowles.

Experience Hasfeldt in an immersive concert at the Lower Gallery, where Nikolaj Kunsthal’s historic organ and the space’s soaring, sacral architecture become active collaborators in an enveloping sonic experience
Danish artist Martin Jon Hasfeldt works in the spaces between art forms, moving fluidly across visual art, performance, and music production. Under his musical alias Hasfeldt, he gravitates towards ambient atmospheres, breakbeat structures, and club-leaning rhythms, shaping them into a sound that feels both nostalgic and haunting. For this performance, Hasfeldt incorporates Nikolaj Kunsthal’s Markussen & Søn organ from 1931 as a central sonic presence.
Following his debut album “If You Ever Need Me”, Hasfeldt now presents “Play Me Like One of the Others” on the Copenhagen imprint REAL LIVE. The release originates from a Northern Danish church and is built around an extended organ recording, reshaped into a collaborative work featuring Fathsuadi, Croatian Amor, Francesca Burattelli, Anton Falck (First Hate), and Newcastle producer Burning Pyre. In contrast to his earlier work, the music moves closer to the ground, embracing a more melodic, trip-hop-inflected form while retaining Hasfeldt’s characteristic emotional intensity and ghostly atmosphere.
Your concert ticket grants access from 6.30 PM to the Lower Gallery, whose 12-metre-high ceilings currently frame an exhibition by the American Fluxus artist Alison Knowles.
