Kona DHHL Homebuyer Workshop

Spring is here, and the Department of Hawaiian Home Land Homebuyer Education Workshops presented by Helen N. Wai, LLC, are about to begin. You can attend either In-person on Oahu, The Big Island, or virtually, where we'll support you in your journey to becoming a homeowner. We're excited to assist you as you move forward and encourage you to participate.

Both In-person and virtual workshops are available to the primary lessee plus up to two guests, all of whom must be at least 18 years old. To register, you'll need your project lease number, and both the primary lessee and their guests must sign up at the same time.
Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive a certificate, participants must attend the full workshop, engage, and complete a post-survey. Workshop dates, locations, and times may change due to emergencies.
