Kombucha, a naturally effervescent fermented drink, is made from sweetened tea and a culture known as a S.C.O.B.Y. The acronym S.C.O.B.Y. stands for 'symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast', which plays a crucial role in the fermentation process.
During this engaging workshop, you'll delve into the magic of Kombucha and discover the world of fermented drinks, all while enjoying delightful tastings.
