Join me, Jules (The Plucky Pickle) at Gingko Herbs & Health in Altrincham for a KOMBUCHA Fermentation Masterclass, followed by a gut health talk by Dr Katerina Bambang.

I will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, including a brief history behind Kombucha brewing, plus methods, techniques and teas for making the best Kombucha. You will brew your own Kombucha to take home with you to ferment and you’ll leave bubbling with inspiration to make more. I'll also share a Christmas Kombucha recipe with you ready for the festivities.
