Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to introduce you to the world of fermented beverages and help you confidently brew your very first batch of Kombucha at home! This session is perfect for anyone curious about gut health and crafting their own nourishing drinks from simple ingredients.Together, we’ll explore the foundations of fermentation and demystify the process of brewing Kombucha. You’ll learn what a SCOBY is, how to care for it, and how to create a simple, repeatable brewing rhythm in your own kitchen. We’ll cover ingredients, timing, troubleshooting, and flavouring options so you feel fully equipped to continue brewing with confidence.
During the hands-on portion of our workshop, you’ll work directly with a live SCOBY culture and prepare your own starter batch to take home. All relevant materials are provided, and you’ll receive your own SCOBY, starter tea, detailed instructions, and recipes to support your ongoing fermentation journey.
Refreshments are provided.
Participants are invited to stick around toward the end of our time together for some Q & A and discussion!
