KOLSCH SERVICE WEDNESDAY: 4pm to 8pmIn Köln (Cologne) Germany, Kölsch is served in a stange glass, and bartenders will replace empty or near empty glasses with full ones. The smaller glass ensures the beer stays cold and fresh - and the service style allows you to remain seated while the Kolsch comes to you!
Pricing:
$4 for your first fill, then $2.50 for each refill (glass is approx 7oz)
Rules:
- Start a tab at the bar and get a special ‘Kölsch Service’ coaster
- No sharing coasters. Each participant needs to pay for their own coaster.
- Find a seat inside anywhere in our taproom or patio
- Drink beer, refills will come to you. Your bartender will mark your coaster to keep track of your beers
- When you’ve had your fill, place your coaster on top of your glass
- Bring your coaster to a bartender to close out your tab —any unclosed tabs will incur a charge of $30 + 20% gratuity
