Kokedama Workshop
About this Event
In this workshop you will learn to craft your own Kokedama, which is a Japanese style of gardening and art that allows plants to be grown without a pot and in a moss ball!
We discuss choosing the right plant, what soil mix to use, how to wrap the plant in moss (plus other substitutes besides moss), how to maintain/care. So it's a bit of an arts and crafts lesson, but also a propagation lesson!
With a selection of beautiful low maintenance houseplants and natural materials, we will work together to create satisfying botanical art that is uniquely our own.
This class is great for all skill levels, and is a great way to begin your indoor garden.
