Join us on Friday, August 15th for the release of Koji Kai, a collaboration between Port City Brewing Co, Vasen Brewing Co, Stone Brewing Co, & North American Sake Brewery.
Koji Kai is a Dry-Hopped Grisette brewed with Koji rice. This collaborative beer blends flavors derived from regional malt with Koji, an ancient handcrafted Japanese fermentation ingredient. Fermented with Belgian saison yeast and dry-hopped with alora and nelson-sauvin hops, this grisette achieves wonderful complexity while remaining crisp and sessionable at 4.5% abv. We are Koji Ka!
Koji Kai will be available on draft and in 16oz cans to go.
