For the safety of all participants, please ensure that you are in good health, weigh at least 50kg, and fall within the age range of 16 to 75. Don't forget to bring your ID or donor card and make sure to have a balanced meal and plenty of fluids before donating.
Let's give back together! The event will be held from 10am to 3pm.
