An explorative holistic residential program for Children/Teens (8 to 14 years) to re-introduce vital elements — nature yoga food and play. This time around in Cherai Beach Kerala!

In this 3 day residential program children will learn about a yogic lifestyle which includes daily yogic practices (Surya Shakti Pranayam Aum Chanting) eating healthy foods being in touch with the elements and all life around them.There will be fun games nature and beach walks and yogic diet!
