We know that nature has a profoundly positive impact on our mental health - we also know that for some neurodivergent people, meeting outside is a bit easier!

Whether you are diagnosed or self-diagnosed, or would just like to find out more about your neurology, the adults group is a relaxed and non-judgemental space to connect with like-minded individuals.

Carers are welcome - please book them a ticket!

We meet at Asda Car Park, next to the Cinema - please be sure to be mindful of the cars.
