Winemaker William Knuttel will be joining us- sharing the inspiration behind the vintage, offering insights into the winemaking process, and bringing each pour to life with stories from the vineyard.
The Knuttel Family brings a fantastic selection that pairs perfectly with a specially crafted menu.
First Course: Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc paired with an endive and chicory salad topped with pistachio crouton crumbles, pears and a champagne vinaigrette.
Second Course: Chardonnay Pas de Deux paired with chinese sausage on a steam bun topped with green apple slaw, hot mustard and pickled okra.
Third Course: Cabernet Infinite Limit paired with a DuRoc aged pork chop with blackberry apple compote, smoked gouda polenta and grilled radishes.
Dessert: Pinot Noir Hidden Track paired with a raspberry black tea panna cotta with pistachio crisp.
