Complementing this, Brenda Your Lender provides long-term financing—offering investors one-stop shopping for their financial needs.
Brenda’s attention to detail, client-focused approach, and broad experience make her a trusted partner in the real estate and lending space. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking, continuing her pursuit of growth, exploration, and connection.
Jen West is the CEO and founder of Wild Fig Commercial Lending and is a creative finance expert with more than a decade in the industry. She and her team take a consultative, white-glove approach—looking at both short- and long-term goals to craft strategies uniquely tailored to each client.
Unlike a single-product lender, Jen operates as a one-stop shop, leveraging her extensive network of banks, private lenders, credit unions, and alternative financing sources to match each client with the right solution. Steven is also a Private Lender, who's been lending his own capital for approximately 11 years. Over the past 2 years, he's also established institutional relationships that allow him to serve a larger group of clients. Among other products, he offers Short Term Bridge and Fix/Flip Loans.
