Come meet the candidates running for mayor, school board, financial offices, and judgeships. Candidates will be present to meet residents, answer questions, and discuss the issues that matter most to South Knoxville.
The April 7 event gives neighbors an opportunity to connect directly with candidates, learn more about their priorities, ask questions, and voice their concerns ahead of the election. Light refreshments will be served. Parking is free, and there is no admission charge. All are welcome.
NOTE: this event is intended for South Knox City/County residents to meet those that will be on their ballot. As such, not all candidates running for office in other districts have been invited.
The event is hosted by SKNBC, a coalition of representatives from neighborhoods across South Knoxville who meet together to serve the community and encourage civic engagement. South High Senior Living is located at 835 Tipton Ave, Knoxville, TN 37920 (next to Cecil Webb Park).
April 6 - Final day to register to vote before election
April 15 - First day of Early Voting period
April 25 - Final day to request an absentee ballot
April 30 - Final day of Early Voting period
May 5 - Election Day
