About this Event

Join us for the next event in the Knowledge Exchange Series from the Knowledge Development Committee of the Worshipful Company of Marketors.

This session explores one of the most important drivers of growth, competitiveness and long-term success: Innovation.

In a business environment shaped by technological disruption, changing customer expectations, economic uncertainty and accelerating AI adoption, organisations are under increasing pressure to innovate. Yet innovation remains one of the most misunderstood and challenging disciplines to deliver successfully.

A vibrant forum for insight, challenge and professional discussion, the Knowledge Exchange Series supports the Marketor community by promoting Excellence in Marketing through thought leadership, dialogue and peer-to-peer learning.

To encourage meaningful discussion and interaction, places are limited to 50 attendees, so early booking is recommended.

What you'll learn: The Relevance Imperative

At the heart of the Knowledge Exchange Series lies a question facing every organisation today: How do we remain relevant? Markets evolve. Customer expectations shift. New competitors emerge. Technologies advance. The challenge is no longer simply responding to change, but developing the capabilities that enable organisations to anticipate it, adapt to it and continue creating value.

Each event in the series explores one of the strategic capabilities that helps organisations answer that challenge. Our opening event examined the role of Brand in building trust, differentiation and lasting value. This second event focuses on Innovation, exploring how organisations transform insight into impact through new ideas, technologies and ways of working.

The series will continue with Planning, examining how organisations convert ambition into strategic action, before concluding with Marketing Leadership, exploring how leaders build organisations capable of sustaining relevance in an increasingly dynamic and fast-changing world.
