Join Shawna and Meredith for a 75 minute workshop breaking down the dynamics of vinyasa. In this hands-on class you will get individualized adjustments specifically for your body in the movements we use over and over again in a Flow class. Learn drills to help you smooth out transitions and progress to a proper jump forward/back.
You’ll leave feeling more confident with your flow, and equipped to safely continue to progress in your vinyasa practice.
