This free event is an immersive cultural learning of the history of the Filipino-American people, a showcase of some cultural items and costumes, a video presentation about the Filipino culture, a panel of Filipino-American individuals to answer your questions and of course, food!
The theme for this event is "growing up Filipino-American and the values of family"
This is the first of several "Know My Culture" series for the 2024-2025 of the North Dakota Asian-American Arts and Cultural Initiative in partnership with the Bismark Veterans Memorail Public Library. Come bring your friends and the entire family! Children are welcome!
