Knish Rolling Class

This knish rolling class will teach everyone how to make knish from start to finish. First I’ll show a demonstration on how to make the dough. Then everyone will get a piece of dough and learn, hands on, how to make knish. I’ll walk everyone step by step on how to roll out their dough, place their fillings, pinch their knish, and at the end everyone will walk away with about a dozen knish that they made themselves. As well as taking home a dozen knish, I’ll also have some things to snack on while we wait for your knish to bake, and everyone will leave with recipes for both our knish dough and our traditional potato filling. Along with the knowledge on how to make a knish from start to finish.
