Ready to up your kitchen game? Join us in person for Knife Skills 101 in Winter Garden! Learn how to safely handle and maintain your knives, plus master essential cuts that will make cooking a breeze. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to slice and dice like a pro. Grab your spot and get ready for some hands-on fun!
In this hands-on class, each participant will learn the following cuts:
- Mince garlic
- Dice an onion
- Julienne and brunoise
- Chiffonade basil
- Supreme an orange
A hearty cheese and charcuterie board will be provided to snack on throughout the class.
Note: Knives and cutting boards will be provided, but feel free to bring your own knives.
