Knead to Know: Junior Chef Academy is a hands-on cooking experience for students entering grades 5-7. Throughout the week, participants will learn kitchen safety, baking fundamentals, from-scratch cooking techniques, and the confidence to create in the kitchen.
By the end of the program, students will have prepared homemade cheese sauce, tacos, pizza rolls, and desserts featuring ganache, with samples sent home for families to enjoy.
